We are excited to introduce three amazing individuals who have recently joined our team: Chelsy Jenkins, Brady Hoffman, and Dick Panek! Although the official welcome is a bit delayed, we are eager to highlight their skills and the energy they bring. Let’s take a moment to learn more about them!
Meet Chelsy Jenkins
Chelsy Jenkins comes to us with a robust background and a genuine passion for charter schools. Chelsy has successfully managed accounts payables, grants, budgets and payroll for multiple clients. Her enthusiasm for collaboration makes her an ideal fit for our team environment. Many of us have worked with her before and welcome her back!
Outside of work, Chelsy riding her horses and playing softball. We look forward to seeing how her work ethic and attention to detail will inspire new projects that enhance your team's growth.
Welcome Brady Hoffman
Next, we have Brady Hoffman, bringing a strong foundation in Schools to our team. With a background that includes auditing, charter schools, and traditional districts, his technical knowledge will be priceless in these trying legislative and budgetary times ahead.. Brady has a knack for breaking down complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive our strategies forward. Again, many of us have worked with him before. Excited to be back on the same team.
When he is not working, Brady immerses himself in kid activities. With four children in multiple activities Brady is a pretty busy family guy. We’re excited to see how he will creatively contribute to our ongoing projects!
Introducing Dick Panek
Last but not least, our team welcomes Dick Panek, a payroll specialist with over 15 years of experience. Dick has a proven track record of quality payroll. His dedication to exceptional service and relationship-building aligns seamlessly with our mission. Again, you may be seeing a pattern here, in a past life both Kyle and Scott had the opportunity to work with Dick. Excited to do so again.
In his free time, Dick loves gardening, where he takes pride in growing heirloom tomatoes, spending time with family. While clients aren't tomatoes, he cares for both tomatoes and clients alike.

Welcoming new teammates is an exciting opportunity for our organization. It allows us to integrate fresh ideas and perspectives into our work. Chelsy, Brady, and Dick each bring distinct backgrounds that will enrich our team dynamics.
